Mandy Sherman

Mandy Sherman is the Controller of Frank, Rimerman + Co., LLP, a public accounting firm in the San Francisco Bay area. She oversees the firm’s operating accounting and is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and reporting of the Company’s financial position and taxes. Joining the firm over 10 years ago as a financial statement auditor, she advised start-up and venture-backed companies in a variety of industries with their financial reporting, building and improving processes, and internal controls. Mandy previously served as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair for Golden State Youth Orchestra. She earned both her Masters of Accounting and Bachelor’s in Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon and is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
