She oversees the creation and execution of small business workshops, webinars, and technical assistance programs designed to meet the unique needs of Accompany Capital’s clients.

An immigrant herself, Tshering is passionate about supporting the journey of immigrant entrepreneurs in New York. She is committed to Accompany Capital’s mission of helping immigrant business owners build pathways to self-sufficiency through entrepreneurship.
