Harriette Owens Waldron co-founded Kelly/Waldron & Company and was a partner at PSKW, recognized in Philadelphia and New Jersey as top growth companies within a three-year time frame. Entering the formidably competitive pharmaceutical industry Kelly/Waldron introduced what is now called the “aftermarket” by mining the large data sets of clients like Bristol-Myers and Pfizer to create successful direct mail programs and marketing opportunities based on physician targeting. . She sold the multi-million dollar company to the McKesson Corporation in 2000.

As co-founder of PSKW in 2003, Harriette marketed  the POS (point-of-sale) co-pay reimbursement program that has become the gold standard of the pharmaceutical industry today.

Following her love of horses, Harriette owns six thoroughbred race horses and is the owner of Rosemore Farms. She values the practice of being “in the weeds” to truly understand your business the market and your clients. Harriette attributes the success of her companies to the many talented people that she and her partners have hired to assist them in growing their businesses.
